Default question safety check with mods??

I don't know how the laws are here. How do I go about getting my Z's safety done with mods? I know there is a recon sticker, but thats all I know.

I should be clearer....What mod's do you have?

That way, we can tell you how your safety check is going to go.

your suspension is the only thing thats causing you to get recon. you need a recent alignment from within the past 30 days (which means you need to be in spec, which means if you probably need a rear camber / toe kit + maybe a front kit if you are slammed) and as long as you meet the height requirements and the suspension travel requirements (set your coilovers as soft as possible if you have adjustables, if you have tein basics you probably wont pass recon at all) and you should be able to pass. if they find you've adjusted your height or stiffness after the recon exam they can revoke your recon but i dont think ive ever heard of that happening. once you have recon you shouldnt have any trouble passing safety. Alternatively you can just try to find one that will pass you if you pay extra.
