Now for something a little different...
Hey everyone. I know I have a terrible time making it out to the meets because of work, but I figured I'd post a couple of quick pictures of my car since it came back from the shop. They aren't the best shots as it was 10 p.m. at night and I didn't have a chance to polish the lips, detail the car, and go some place better than my poorly lit garage. The rear can actually go a little lower too. Anyways, CRAZY props to Kamu and his shop. They did amazing work... like always. I'll post better pictures so you can actually see the car all cleaned up and the carbon lip.

Bro, the ride is looking mighty clean! Can't believe I missed this thread, just wanted to drop by and send my props. Hope you and the wife are doing well. That Z on air puts it on a whole new level... Got to keep us posted with any future updates to this one!
Thanks. Always good to hear from you. Things may slow down a little bit for the Z... I need to save for some forced induction.
Well, god knows I like to spend a little while I save, so who knows what will be next! haha But the next next big project will definitely be forced induction.

would've been so sick if you did the vents in the front bumper blue to match the rims. Nice lookin kit, haven't seen anyone in HI with the diffuser so props on that. I wanted to go amuse, but it seems like everyone and their momma has it... I guess you're another one to the list lol. Love how SLAMMED that shiz iz, very nice.
^^^ Not sure about blue mesh in the front vents, because it would look too ricey and would detract from the wheels which is a nice touch to the overall theme of the Z. Too much blue would take away from the carbon fiber and would look odd in my opinion considering there is no mesh in the rear or the sides, as there would be somewhat of an imbalance. Joe, don't you get nervous about her sitting in an open garage like that? I would set up a post in the vacinity and take sleeping shifts with the wife just to ensure her safety. Have you thought about using a car cover? It might be a pain in the **** puting it on and taking it off everyday, but would definitely contribute to the "out of sight, out of mind" phrase. Just a thought...
Exactly what I was thinking. If the vents were blue, I think it would just be too much. With blue chrome rims, you've got to be careful.
Yeah, I actually do keep it covered. I'm no longer daily driving it, so my life is way easier. The other good thing is that there is actually a sizeable amount of space between my car and the people to the left, so I think they'd really have to be trying to hit it with their door. It is also nice that all the spots are assigned and you have to go through two drop-down, differently coded gates to get to it. Definitely makes me sleep easier!

I second that. Sometimes, too much isn't good. Plus, Steve definetly has a good eye for that kind of cosmetic. The Z is sick as is. Can't wait to see it in person!....that is if weather permits
