my car was parked out one night and someone threw bricks at my hood and yes i was PISSED!!! i wanted to get it done myself but insurance replaced my hood and gave me back my old hood...so now i'm selling my old CF hood..
Damages on the hood were 3 cracks which is still fixable at most shops...
retail price for a Brand new one: $550+ w/out shipping
asking price: $250 o.b.o.
i asked some shop guys how much is it to fix up a CF hood and they said $100 at the most...it depends who you know

Ouch, I feel you on carbon fiber haters. I need to fix some of my carbon fiber, just don't know any shops here in Hawaii.

try R-SPEC on dillinghan or ryan at tech one told me they could do it

I had the composite one, if your FI or planning on going FI, I wouldn't get one, it was garbage, under boost it wouldn't hold pressure.
