Default How much does gas cost?

Just curious. In CT, 91 was about $1.80, in CA it's about $2.30.

I guess that'll just be another expense next year.

Phew, that's not so bad.

Goal for the week is to finally pin down a place to live. I'm on vacation so I really don't have any time excuses.

No kidding. I've been talking about it for so long, it's time to take some steps.

Frank, you work at Queens?

That is absolute B.S. I paid $1.71 for premium at a Shell station 1 mile from my house. Central Oklahoma is a Metro area w/1.5 million people. Is Corona in the LA Basin? Call up your State Representative and demand an investigation.

Self service? Absurd, you have oil wells in SoCal, too.

Like wow... that's amazing. It's about $2.21 in Alhambra when we just stopped by just 30mins ago. That's about 15mins from downtown LA.

$2.49 premium at Chevron in Mill Valley Strawberry. Across the highway, Arco had it for only $2.23.

Andrew,

I frequent Queens. My practice is next door to the hospital. I am with HMG.

I looked it up, not far from Riverside. There is no reason for that price, its gouging.

Holy crap, I can't believe that. That's pretty damn expensive for gas. Just read in the paper that prices are supposed to fall over the next week.

I can't imagine anybody would stop at that gas station, surely there's another one that's a little more reasonable nearby.

I didn't know so many people were lurking in the Pacific section.

In Pearl Harbor right now... Military Gas (Premium) is $1.97... outside the base was around $2.17... and i remember when i used to come here when the Bay had rates around $1.45 per gallon... oahu was always around $1.89 or so... now its cheaper than the bay...

Bless the Motor City - I can still get Sunoco Ultra 94 for $1.99/gal. Probably won't stay that way for long, though.

I feel for all of you on the west coast. Not only do they not sell higher-octane fuels there, but you guys get robbed on normal gas prices by comparison, too.
