The Foo Fighters at the Virgin Mobile Fest 2008. These were not taken on my D40. "Professional" cameras with changeable lenses weren't allowed.

Should have taken this in RAW to get better detail out of it. May be next time
Because of the trees I only have about a 20 minute window to shoot from my back porch. I had to take this through a bow in a tree. Wish it wasnt cloudy now, could get the last of the fullness. Im happy with my first moon attempts, you can see the mountains along the disc and about the 1:45 on theface you can see the edge of a crater rim. ( well at least on the original 10X8 you can)
