I live in Waipahu. It's maybe the best location you can get to get a sunset shot for a car since there is little obstruction. The area is a little dangerous though... lots of bums and druggies. I always feel a little uncomfortable being there with all the expensive equipment.

hopefully ill be replacing the D80 with a Sony A700 later this year.

Nikon just announced the D5000... you may want to check out that first... articulating screen, high ISO sensitivity in a compact package. They even got a new 10-24mm coming. Makes me want a Nikon body.

I saw that...however its on the D60/D40 level , and I still kinda want to have the inbody IS/VR or whatever Sony wants to call it lol

it's just.. less expensive for me to live in Sony land when it comes to crop cameras lol
