Got some stuff from ebay! Quantum turbo batteries and another flash. Quantums need new batteries so I ordered them from Dasaga as well as new flash tubes for the flash.

Do you see that blue tube-like thing with the red ring? Basically, you just pump that until the red ring disappears. The suction cup should then be secure. These are a few pieces for my rig setup, but the section cup can be used for a bunch of other things. In the instruction manual, they showed a sample of someone attaching a flash to it and sticking it on a window.

I'm looking at 2" width aluminum, my setup will consist of the following if anyone is interested:

-Four 2" diameter aluminum poles (4' each)
-Custom Cupplers
-Three Manfrotto Super Clamps
-Two Manfrotto Avenger F1000 Suction Cups
-One Manfrotto Magic Arm

Big fan of Manfrotto products.

Same here. Great bag for the price. It's perfect for keeping my 70-200 mounted... since I barely ever take it off.

Can't wait to see what's in store.

Buuuuut... there is this guy named Bubble... and he has stuff like this (posted below). He's a CANONITE... AND A NIKONIAN! A rare breed indeed.

Is this overkill? Certainly. Is it mindblowing? Yeah. Would I do it? No. Would I do it if I had the resources to blow 100K+? Hell yeah!!!!!

Everytime I see his collection... which this is just a sampling of, I get gear envy. And my face gets stuck in this position:

One must remember though guys, it's not all about the gear.

^ Yeah and Bubble is the PWNAGE in gear collection - his nature shots are amazing too! I do have to agree that it's not always the gear. Some of the best pros only uses ONE lens their whole life! A 50mm!!!

But that being said, I am not going to lie I am in love with my new equipments. I don't shoot nature and I only shoot cars for leisure or when my clients wants me to. My specialty is people and focus is high-fashion so my equipments will be geared towards that though the new stuff will shoot cars very well and you guys will see some new car shots very soon that will be extremely different than most car shoots.

hehehehe...it is true that it is not about gear. It is about who use it.

Hey Alvin, give me a call if you going to shoot the "Thi Hoa Hau" thinging. I've done Concert many time before but not Beauty pageant.
