I suck at taking pictures but I went out today and snapped some anyways... figured I'd share...

There seems to be like some kind of water mark right in the center of your lense that makes all the pictures blurry.

I just looked at it... a nice smudge was on there lol.. I do really suck at pictures lol

Your composition was good, but you probably should have cleaned the lens first

Also a polarizing filter and a lens hood will help cut down on some of that glare.

Don't give up. Photography is all about experimenting and figuring out what works and what doesn't. Doesn't hurt to read a couple of books to learn some techniques. I think you have some good basic abilities, just need to keep working at it.

what i did that helped me alot, is i would look at photos that other people took and then try to match what they did. this helped me figure out the basics of composition and to get familiar with the camera. and then i would take what i learned by doing that and put it into my own ideas.

your off to a very good start
