Default Change my Background color

Can anyone help me change the background black & white and leave the car color and the rim color how they are?and if you can, can you please lower the car like 2'' from the back and 1.5'' from the front

outline the car, copy&paste to new layer, desaturate original layer. B&W background: done.

im good with changing colors and stuff like that but how do you drop a car without messing up the surroundings?

remember that Photoshop is layered files. Think of it as a physical paper photograph: you cut it in half. The top will be the body of the car (not the wheels) , the lower section the grass and the wheels. Move the top portion down on "top" of the lower section, and you have you're lowered car with little to no change in background.
