Default Some photoshop help

Hey guys-
I wondering if any of the photoshop gurus on here could clean this image up for me, maybe even do a classy black and white version? Thanks in advance!

Thanks! Yeah, I agree, my friend was shooting with a lot of exposure. I am new to photoshop and figured I would see what some others would do with my pic.

Yeah, I wanted more of a sunset picture, but I thought if the exposure was right it would turn out fairly decent. I love the lighting backdrop provided by the park, so....

Why is that?? It's really easy as long as you know what you're doing and you have a decent camera to work with

eh. I think you can make it work just fine...I'm still pretty happy with the PS I did of his car above. It would have been a cooler shot with better lighting and a better camera, but for what it is it came out looking alright.
