Photoshop Help with BDAY Present Please! $$$$
Hello All!
It's my girlfriends nieces bday next month and i was wondering if somebody here could do some photoshopping for me. I have two pics attached of her niece running on the track. The one pic looks like she just ran through the ribbon and won the race
If somebody could add the ribbon and maybe some other stuff. Not sure what can be done with the other pic.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and i am willing to pay if it turns out like i am imaging. Thanks!

OP, if you find a ribbon/finish line pic that's about the same angle it'll be A LOT easier for us to do something. I know that I personally won't touch a chop request if pics aren't provided with what is wanted.... You got the first half, get the second half and we'll be good to go!
