Most of us are just adjusting the brightness for you. To make pictures POP, you gotta sharpen the image. But your camera or its settings is shooting with too much noise that's why its kinda fuzzy to begin with in the pictures. Sharpening this would make it look... ugly IMO.

I suggest shooting in good lighting with low iso to reduce the noise. That may give you a better picture to work with Also adjust the camera settings to take pics at superfine @ the highest resolution.
