what version photoshop do you guys use

I bought a program called Photo Impact Pro 8.5 and i cant do anything i wanted to.

Im looking to get photo shop but im not sure on which one to get.

Paint Shop Pro. I can do pretty much anything I need and it is lots cheaper.

Photoshop cs. It's like photoshop 7, but with cs on the end!

I use Photoshop CS. But if your looking for a good free editing program go with Gimp.
