I think we all want to know your number? Damn it! Sorry. There I go again hitting on ya.

Think I might be the first person ever charge with sexual harrassment over an internet forum.

+1 interesting to see.

I wonder if the flow data is for steady state or pulsed flow. With or without heads?

The flow data shows stock intake runner #3 as having the highest flow rate on the stock manifold.

...Isn't cylinder #3 usually the first to go in FI applications?

EDIT:

Also note the same basic flow rate trends are practically paralleled in the different versions of the Cosworth plenum.

The paralleling trends may have something to due with the stock heads?

Interesting. I don't know what it means, but it seems the data is trying to suggest something about the differences in cylinder head flow rates.

Relooking at that chart #5 is having the highest but #3 & #5 are very close. As far as which one goes first... No idea. But I strongly beleive in its about the tune and amount of boost you run.

Baseline (I assume stock?) in blue is showing #3 as highest. But oh well. Its just triva compared to real dyno results.

Oh I wasn't belittling the Cosworth analysis. Its excellent.
Its like something right out of a Boeing engineering department.

I was referring to Roberts and my discussion as trivia. At least that was what I intended to convey.

Well, I might be wrong here, but doesn't the bar graph indicate that besides the improved flow the difference between best and worst cylinder has grown far over stock (5 g/sec vs 10 g/sec approx) - is this "ok"?

It is more deleterious to have one cylinder lean (baseline) rather than one cylinder rich (version 2) since the overall A/F ratio will more closely approximate the five "leaner" cylinders in version 2, resulting in more fuel specified by the tuner.

Those cylinder numbers don't match the configuration I'm used to.

Says 1-2-3 are on one bank, 4-5-6 are on another bank.

I have just got an email from Cosworth usa yesterday, they are claiming 16bhp for NA & FI engine results have not been released. It would be much higher gains ;0

Sharif and/or Ashley,

I know everyone is all about FI here, but when you work on a NA VQ and dyno tune that with a Cosworth plenum, can you put a link to that thread here, so I can get that update and can follow those results?

I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
