fried Goat? we don't fry Goat.. no one frys goat.. you curry Goat..

1) season Goat with paprika, little curry, other spices
2) place goat in sauce pot or frying pan with water to cover the top of the goat..
3) let cook for 5 mins on medium high then add more curry until water is mostly green..
4) cook for 15 mins or so then added diced potatoes
5) cook until goat is full cooked.. serve with white rice
