I drove an FCON PE TT down at Z day Z and it was VERY smooth. I purposely tried to get the car to hiccup but couldnt. I agree with how you feel vs the UTEC, it really is a nice EM solution, the transition from part throttle to WOT at ANY rpm is sweet, made my UTEC at 13/15psi feel like doo doo

ClutchMasters Stg 3 .. but most of my driving is highway.. i don't use alot of clutch.. and i don't drag race or do clutch dumps.. depending on yoru driving style.. that might not work for you.

.........

I would also like to appologize for leaving out Dave ... Dave also was apart of working on my car.. i truely appologize

My tuner spent some time tuning my car on the street. I never had the on/off feeling that you guys were describing. maybe one day i'll be able to ride in a car with a similar setup with a fcon to judge the difference.

its not so much an on/off feeling.. but with the UTEC you could tell you are in boost.. its like the car was a tame little kitty.. then turned into a lion.. the car just got mean and you could tell you are boosting... with the FCon.. its like a kitty all the way.. the power never jumps or changes.. you just notice you are going really really fast.. no wild lion

Oh ok. I was just wondering. I am going to go Exedy Triple Plate when the time comes. I know I know...its a lot but I only want to do things once. Rather have over kill than not enough. My goal is 500 - 600 whp when I do my project.

Mike

depends on your driving style. we talked to Sam at GTM and he and my tuner decided the exedy twin plate was gonna be the best clutch for me. btw, i have the same power goals.

Hmm, I didn't expect to hear that. I'm going from the Nismo to the TT, maybe it won't be that much louder for me.

It was good to meet you yesterday. It's always nice to match a name, face, and vehicle. Have fun with the car, man.
