. They fabricated a kit that will be able to be used with the existing stage 1/1.5 components and will allow the use of a big T4 Single Turbo kit. They supplied us with a new Up-Pipe, a 3.5'' downpipe, some new water lines and a 76mm T4 Turbo (Good for 1000WHP).
After the install was complete, we had Jason from ProEFI come down and tune our Wide G35. Jason was accompanied by one of his newest dealers showing them the basics as well as the advanced new cool features which will only be available with the ProEFI unit. After they started getting familiar with the software, Jason jumped in the driver seat and left the tuning in the hands of his dealer (who's first time tuning on this software was on this vehicle). After a few warm-up spring pressure runs, and increasing the familiarity of the software with his new dealer (making sub 600whp dynos with flawless graphs) we decided to increase the boost from a base of 11 psi all the way to 22 psi.
With 2 people stuffed in the trunk (thanks pete/IntenseAero for the traction control) we proceeded to make our initial pull.. We yielded 784WHP/630TQ.. With a little more fine tuning we continued to make our final pull resulting in 797WHP/630TQ! This is just the beginning for this turbo, we're finding some gremlins that we're ironing out and after we're done we'll continue on to 30+ PSI and see what we can do on the stock sleeves / and larger turbo..
Here's a link to the video!

If you are looking for track video, it also says in the thread that the clutch was slipping at the final 906RWHP. We are awaiting a new clutch setup that will support this power at "THE TRACK" so lets all be patient. Over 8 pages of this kinda comments were deleted as the purpose of the thread was lost in the "Hate" and "OT Chaos" It is again simply a R&D and DYNO Thread, NOT POWERLAB TAKES THEIR 906whp G35 to the track thread. LMAO

Now granted, this video may shake you a bit, as the car diverts from the norm of "American Racing" and goes left and right as it's in motion..

Could you please post pics of the up/downpipe piping for the stage 1 kit (installed or uninstalled)?
I was under the complete understanding that the routing was basically the same as the Turbonetics ST but with larger and more adequate piping for the target power levels.
Reason being - If I am going to be called "wrong" by certain board members based on the fact that pictures have never been posted I would like for the statements to be justified.
Thanks for the clarification.
Note - My own car is in its final state and this kit will eventually be public so it is not for my own personal gain.

The past six months for them has been nothing but hardwork, testing and research and development. Just for the Z and G they have come out with the following parts:
- - 5/16 Plenum Spacer
- - 3 Single Turbo Kits (GT35R, 37R, 76S)
- - Twin Intank Fuel Pump System
- - Billet Fuel Rails and Spacers (capable of using 1600CC Injectors)
- - G35/350z Specific Vacuum Distribution Block
- - 4'' Single Exit Exhaust System w/ a very trick muffler (which is serviceable)
- - Intake Manifold Spacer (1/4'' +)
- - Twin GT37R Turbo Kit (which is almost complete and running will be dyno'ing very shortly)
And many other things are in the work
Here's something you can see..
Here's a few pictures of another pre-production PowerLab Stage 1 Kit on a Convertible 350z.

It's just at spring pressure for now, stock engine we'll have a seperate thread for it here in a couple of days
So for those of you waiting for this kit to be released, hold on and be patient... It won't be long until these kits are in stock and are ready to be shipped out!!! Speaking of pics, where's the pics of your kit and or dyno's

It looks good but I'm mostly replying to other's comments that are totally unrelated to your shop... You and I both know that there's only so much room for creativity in routing piping while maintaining the stock motor mounts, manifolds, coolant passages, etc.
I'll gladly post pics of my own setup when it's polished and we have final dynos. The piping is final and we're absolutely done tweaking it as my pocket book is stretched to the limit. We're actually having issues with the injectors that are in the car and plan to replace them shortly (which has me thinking standalone EMS).
I wish they'd get some people on board to sell the ProEFI already! I need something that can be installed professionaly locally and tweaked as well. Options right now are Haltech and ProEFI and the latter seems to be the most interesting.
One thing about my own setup is that I'm totally happy with the turbo sizing and spool characteristics so far. I'm happy that I was able to work with Turbonetics to get the perfect turbo for our own power goals (600-700whp) rather than relying on a pre-sized garrett unit. We're seeing full boost at a very usable rpm range.
Your original comments(which you later commented you didn't make it clear) was like this was based of the TN kit in a way as if you would say aps TT kis are "knock off " from power enterprise...
you then clarified your intention/comments and I left it there... and your thread alone...fair?
as I told you, I dig the black red theme, color of my fav soccer team acmilan.com
the PL kit has different versions as intense fab posted that will give different users ability to reach their goals(spool, top power, etc)
Your 1off kit also proved that unfortunantly there is not much room for just a few simple upgrades and "that's it" for the basic TN kit to get it efficiently to the 600s...but with headwork, 500 is a real possibility(still not sure how efficient)
