that would be sick Tim if you came back to bragg

i dont know how much longer ill be there...seeing as how if i get picked up for this G2G packet i just dropped ill be back up in indy going to school...but if they dont select me ill be in bragg for the duration...i dont know what the acceptance rate of that program is...

for the guy who asked about the DLI 2...yes our Z's igintions are spot on amazing...i just added it because i could...i do stuff like that sometimes

And you know Luie and BlackPearlz that south-central NC isn't exactly the hub of civilization. Head towards Charlotte or Raleigh and you guys will find plenty of fast FI vettes - and a few custom Zs but prolly not too much can hang with you guys (excepting the FI vettes and bikes). Of course, only the mustang GTs push to race... The vettes drive extra slow so you can appreciate their beauty as you're forced to pass 'em - lol.

Hit up Idrmofs7 on the forum. He's got a greddy TT done by sharif i think and he's in your area. Not sure if he gets on here much any more

if the 18g's can make over 700+rwhp..how much can the 20g upgrade support? its amazing wht the greddy setup can achieve.

nope my set up is with the 18G's...

and those vettes up north...no chance once i get 11 inch wide rears...
and im up in raliegh all the time and i nver see ANYthing modded

I am running the 20'gs and so are a few other people.

I have not read the whole thread, (I am on vacation in Asia and the beach & bar are calling....;-) ) but good luck to you.

As for hitting 700+whp on 18g's with a stock bore & built engine.. I am not sure that can be done without running NOS or something.
I am sure if you have done your research and with Joe's and other's help on the boards you have a solid pan, just keep in mind things can go wrong and that it will probably take more time and more money to get to your goals then you expected.

negativity? grow a set man.. for god sakes you are in the military..

you are running Greddy 18G Turbo's on with stock heads.. at best you are going to see 550 whp .. maybe if you are lucky 585 whp..

then you add a 50 shot to that.. you are looking at 600 whp.. maybe 625 whp..

to see 700 whp no problems or guessing you are looking at a 150 shot..

i don't know if you ever used Nitrous before.. but the bigger the shot.. the shorter it lasts.. you are looking at 15 seconds to 20 seconds on a full bottle of Nitrous..

last time i checked.. Luie isn't running Greddy 18G turbo's..

So whats the deal with gangs in the military...I was watching a show last night on the history channel about it and they referred to Ft.Bragg as having quite a few gang bangers there...Sorry for the OT but I see there's a few military guys on this thead, specifically the OP

there is NO reason to upgrade the heads...to get another 10-20 hp out of it...trust me ive done the research and asked everyone if i should or not,...thus the reason why im NOT.

4k to upgrade heads for no real reason...

what does me being in the military have to do with growing a pair?? this is a thread to talk about me getting to 700 and my set up, and you come in here trying to start drama. its not necessary. take it to the OT if you want to deal with that ****.
and i meant joe, and joe is making over 700 without nos

I have heard about these reports, but I have ever seen gang activity in the Army and specifically aroundBragg.

The 18G's can do 700rwhp on just boost, but they are tapped out at that point. I'm changing a few things around on my car soon to see if I can get a little bit more out of them You should be able to hit your goal.

You sir are wrong....as usuall. I put down 606rhwp on sharif's dyno with STOCK revup heads on 19psi and 110 octane. That was also with a UTEC and still using the small greddy downpipes going into 2 1/4 test pipes. With cams and downpipes I would put money on me hitting close to 650whp.
