the car runs perfectly smooth and is a blast to drive.

here is the tq graph for the car at 18 psi

the small dip was at the beginning of the tq graph was the boost controller learning and leveling out. i like to keep the high hp runs to a minimum so it wasnt all the way stable yet

I have seen the same spotted graph from the missing signal on the Dyno Dynamics that we have used at the Dyno Shop, Its funny that you have the same problem, and here I was blameing that particular dyno of theirs, hahaha.

Thanks for the great tune and helping us out JT, your the "go to man" of the east coast.

I'm sure it will hit Orlando's dragstrip a few times. The cars real intentions will be for doing some time attack events though.

Everyone should be seeing alot more of this G as it is undergoing its transformation into a Time Attack car. Pete and the guys at BC Racing, with my advise and sugestions are deligently working on the transformation as we speak. So, all who are interested in seeing more of this car in action will be able to see it in person at some east coast based events and I am sure it will be getting plenty of magazine coverage this year as well from those events, and otherwise.
Can't wait to see how the longer (8" longer) FM designed 600whp G will feel compared to the shorter, lighter, yet similer Z platform. I am sure I will have my work cut out for me, but it should be fun to find out.

EDIT: I am pretty sure that this will be the first of its kind. The first FI'ed G35 to be seriously competeing in the North American Time Attacks like Redline Time Attack and the Super Street Super Lap Battle.

Congrats guys. Slightly O/T: what do you drivers think of the longer G platform for drift - harder or easier? With PF going to Australia and building some drift-mobiles, I wondered if the G wouldn't be the better platform with the longer wheelbase...

I have drifted and tracked the G's and the Z's. I can tell you that the G is a bit different for sure, the Z is much more twitchy than the smoother more controlled transitions of the G. I would say that in both drifting and tracking the G is a little bit easier to drive than the Z, but the Z will be marginally quicker (more maneuverable) than the G. Begineers will like the G better as it is more forgiving, but the Z is just a bit more nimble.

Ok, thanks. Drifting is cool, but not my favorite form of motorsports with these cars. I look at it as more of a circus side show. Haha. J/K
I do enjoy drifting on ocasion.

Congrats Pete! Car is looking good, and I can't wait to see it after its transformation into a time attack car! You should start a thread documenting that process, unless you want to keep the details a secret of course.
