i have 305 mickeys and they fit great but 305/35-18 get really wobbly at high speeds.
i want to put some street tires back on my 10" wide rims but traction is scarce right now with the mickeys so idk what to do.

Just a 305-35-18 Nitto....But I have jim-bob wheels with unknown offset.
Last year with the 295-35-18 BFG's they rubbed on big bumps. So hopefully this prevents it....
Tires look sick from behind.
And I think the Nitto's will be the best compromise between some traction and some stability (and some lifetime too).
We'll see sat when I get it back..

cool.
i fit my 305/35-18 mickeys with no fender roll. i love them and everyone is amazed when they see them from behind.
i just need more stability with still some street traction. These are garbage on the strip so i'm gonna have to do 16's with bias ply for the track anyways.

Don't know just yet. Was just feeling out the clutch (SP wasn't quite sure it felt right...but it did). It just had a basic tune to start the car and move it around. Larry's tuning it tomorrow (friday), and I'll be picking it up at their open house on Sat. So I should hopefully have some info on numbers friday afternoon, and drivability sat night (whenever I get home from "testing")

No drag setup just yet....
Gonna see if Reid@SP's drag setup from his Supra fits mine (he runs a 16in rear wheel, that I know clears my brembo's...just gotta see offset).
We'll see how this thang makes power first.....then maybe go see what kinda mph I can get on the DR's.....then decide what to do for drag racing.
Looks like these tires will JUST sneak inside the fender when the susp is fully compressed (which shouldn't happen often)......first test will be on the dyno tomorrow.....We are pretty sure it wouldn't have been able to be dyno'd without rolling the fenders lol....I'll get some pics on Sat of how it looks

thom, how about this. There are welded drain pipes on my upper pan for a twin turbo setup. Those happen to be right in the way of my charge pipe when i tried to install today.
so i'm at a loss. the only way to fix it would be to pull the engine and cut it off and weld it. Huge issues, i have no hoist here in st louis (it's in indiana), car is in pieces so no driving, and i don't know anyone that can weld aluminum.
i'm pissed. sorry for jacking your thread.

Bin, not sure off top of my head...lemme think for a few.
Str8,
Larry ran into Cam sensor issues (cam sensor starts reading crazy above 4400rpm). They had their open house at SP this weekend so friday he just didn't have time to fix it...will be done this week though now that he can look at it..
However, turbos were already at full boost by 4400rpm (wastegate pressure, 9psi)....and at 4400rpm @ 9psi with the exhaust on it is making 30rwhp more than it was at 4400rpm @ 11.7psi with the exhaust removed before

RPM signal on pro-efi spikes down (blips down) every few rpm...and tach gauge goes crazy...
Assuming cam sensor at this point cause larry hasn't done any tru diagnosis on it just yet....he'll have it figured out pretty quick I'm sure now that he can look at it and not rush.

Thats the spring pressure..
Larry stopped at 22psi today..It was making a lot of crankcase pressure when you let off gas and was turning into a mosquito fogger when you let off. lol...
Yea I don't have a catch can setup (I know....one is going on)...
But at 22psi it made 706rwhp.....for reference, it needed 25psi befoore to make 690rwhp...
So there is still a lot of room left in there for even more when the boost goes up. At this rate the setup looks capable of 900rwhp at the same 30psi as before.
