Default Forged Performance: Greddy Resurrected...must see

Back in July, 2008, Lee brought his 350Z to us for a complete Greddy TT kit, with stock block build. We included all the normal extras, such as gauges, exhaust system, fuel, and UTEC. Everything turned out terrific, and the car made a little over 400whp on our dyno.

July 2008

Unfortunately, shortly after Lee took delivered, he was involved in a very serious accident, and the car was badly damaged. The block was cracked, and there was significant body damage. Thankfully he wasn't badly injured.

After a long discussion, Lee decided to bring the car back to Forged for a complete rehab, including body work, and a brand new Forged S1 Shortblock. The objective was to get the car 100% up and running, to like new condition. I happy that Lee trusted us with this challenging buildup, and I think we delivered as promised.

The body work was handled by Hong's Autobody just next door to us, which it very convenient to check on the car, and coordiate with them on last minute issues and touch up.

In the end, the new setup looks better than ever, and makes 500whp through bone stock cylinder heads and camshafts. Our dyno was out of commission so the final numbers were done on the DJ.

Enjoy!

Nice, Forged Performance definitely did a great job on this one. The comfort of knowing that the reliability and the performance of the car will last for years to come makes any consumer happy. Looking for forward to seeing Lee's car on the street and even more seeing my G back from the man him self. Once again great job!

Yeah the car drives straight, looks great, and is really fast. I can't ask for anything more. Sharif and the Forged crew did an awesome job. The open dumps sound sick too

I watched Sharif tune this car while I was up at Forged and that is a very sick ride you have. It has just a little bit of negative camber.

Beautiful. Glad to see you went back stock body. Nice numbers. How does it hook up on 15 psi?

Not very well. It doesn't squat like its supposed too since my coilovers are so stiff. I think my weight transfer is all out of wack, and the rear cambers a lot so it's like I am riding on the edge of my tire. That coupled with Toyo t1r street tire = no real traction 1-3rd, and that is rolling into throttle. Does yours do that too?

LOL been there done that. Mine did on my last setup, but I am trying a newer wheel / tire setup. I will let you know how it works out. Tires still have wax on em.
