between the 4 motors its still a drivers race, most people suck at driving their cars anyway. i see it all the time at the track, its quite embarrasing watchin some dude with his z come out there all modded not even dipping into 13s then listening to people talkin **** about Zs so when one is actually fast every1 thinks its on spray.

I own Ferraris, Lambos and top fuel funny cars in my HR......bone stock.
LULZ at all the people making up excuses. While I don't see a VHR walking away quite as easily as in the film with both drivers being equal, how can anyone deny that the 370 is faster? It's generally the way it goes with the evolution of cars.
My question is, why do people bring this up so much? We are all Z fans right? Be it a 240 or 370 and everything in between.

Woohoo! go 370! jk...No, I agree some HR owners are in denial, which can be expected. But the 350 had a passenger, that totally makes this race null. It would have been nice if the camera person moved into the 370 and raced again.
And someone had commented the 370 had HFC well the 350 is a Nismo, and the 370 was non sport package. For arguments sake, either way the passenger is what throws off the race.

Being a nismo owner, I could really care less that the 370z is faster in a straight line, seriously, who gives a $hit. The only 370z I compare the nismo 350z to is the nismo 370z, which hasn't proven to be any better of a track car, but that's a different subject.
obviously you give a $hit given your response. was anyone talking about 350z vs 370z around the track? did you even watch the video? the video was a straight line race and that is the discussion. no one mentioned autocross or road racing sir.
I lol'd hard at the Car&Driver lighting lap issue, where they park a nismo 370Z in a retaining wall due to sudden and sever brake fade. Nissan's response? They are using pads designed for low noise/dust. On a goddamn Nismo model.
