+ 370z vs bolted 350z HR +

Do all of you honestly think that Nissan engineers would produce an engine that wasnt as capable as the former model? Do you seriously think they wouldnt upgrade the car in EVERY aspect of design? So apparently cars with each new model are taking a step back nowadays with this logic. Come on people, it was a natural progression, make the car lighter, faster, stiffer than the previous generation to attract new buyers and former owners, it just makes sense.
I'm going to blame the misinformation on this forum to the fact that a 350 can be bought by a zitfaced high school kid that works at whataburger for the idiotic and misled comments posted on this forum. This forum is made up of 2 kinds of people: Fanboys and Z enthusiasts. The fanboys are easy to pick out, they're so blinded by the fact that they own a model thats inferior to the next, that they're too stupid and proud to realize that they're behind the power curve. The Z enthusiasts recognize that the 370 platform is a great one and give unbiased opinions and props where they are due. Here is my suggestion, stop the haterism thats going on here, man up, put the money down and buy a 370, its THAT simple. Sorry I came off as being a jerk but it needed to be said. This is my last and only post here, its obvious the class here needs some help and I want zero part of it.

Ok, i've watched this go on long enough. I am the owner of the red 370 in the video. For one SOLO, the only mods I had were HFC's at the time of the video, so please dont check my stats on the 370 site and post them as proof. Secondly, the passenger of said HR added an additional 105 lbs, the 5 car length distance between the cars is a moot point, and I was pulling harder still. Get over it. As for the slow shifts, the guy I raced is an avid dragger like myself, at the time he had a Stage 2 ACT clutch/Fidanza flywheel, and shifted as fast as the transmission would allow, yet another moot point. AS i've stated on the 370 site, the better car/driver won the race, thats all that needs to be said.

so basically you are coming on here and telling everyone that they are this way....u should read a little more or not just read solo's posts...solo is a nuthugging HR lover and everyone here knows that, dont associate all people with that by reading a few posts...the 370 is a great car and stock to stock with equal drivers is faster...end of story, u really didnt have to act like its almighty and that all 350z owners are little kids who flip burgers and hate on the 370..

Laugh. As I recall, the DE folks bashed the HR folks saying their cars were faster. Then the HR folks are saying it about the 370z and the DE folks too. Denial? Maybe everyone on here should be in denial themselves especially the DE folks which started all this when the HR first came out (before I even owned one)

Only two HR's have gone faster than me NA, and the bolt-on records is still a DE .
That being said..........the HR is a better engine and considerable faster stock to stock.
