Default Bride FG Passenger Rails

Bought these with intention of running a bucket seat in the passenger side, but decided to scrap that, so these are brand new in the box never opened. Asking $200 obo local pickup, giving locals first pick before i offer shipping on these.

Heres a picture of what they look like

do these rails slide... If so where is the release for it.

Looking to use these with non-bride seats but do not understand why the 395mm width is stated when there is nothing joining the 2 rails together?

yes they slide, there is a lever on each side you have to pull both at the same time, width is stated because bracket needs to be able to align with oem mounting holes in the car, if the seats are too wide or narrow the holes will not line up with the car
