Sorry, no bolts or gaskets. I don't recall if it came with bolts, but distinctly recall that it did not come with gaskets, because when I took it to StreetImage for install, I asked if they had the gaskets to fit and he said it wouldn't be necessary because they were going to sue the same ones that were on the car. The car was fairly new and bone stock back then, except the Nismo SS catback.
