this fits on the stock bumper and looks like the top secret one right?

looks like hes missing all the pieces.. probably will only fit under an ings+1 bumper

what pieces are you talking about? when i took it off the car the diffuser had 2 screws on each side and a bracket you can pick up at any hardware store.

i dont see why it would only fit the ings.

you can come check it out put on car and see if it fits before buying it.

when you buy the diffuser does itcome with the vortex gen? if so, i should of made my post more clear. the sale is what you see on the picture.
