The February meeting will be held at the usual time and place:

3PM Sunday afternoon at Georges Southside
at the corner of Highland Road and Staring Lane
in Baton Rouge.

All Z owners are invited (as usual) so spread the word.


For those of you coming from N.O. or places beyond, here's how to get there. From either I-12 or I-10, exit onto Essen Lane and head south (toward the hospital). Essen Lane becomes Staring Lane when it crosses Perkins road. Continue down Staring Lane until it ends at Highland Road and you will find George's to your left.

If i can get out that day, i am going to try to go to the import faceoff races (wifes birthday). They are supposed to have a lot of fast cars out there this Sunday. I may have to shoot for the March meet

 

Sounds like a good day to take the wife out for a ride in the new turboed Z.

 

She likes to head north when we go out cruising. Head up into Centerville > Woodville > St Francisville. It's about a 200 mile loop of the best we have to offer im afraid. Nothing like North Carolina/East Tennessee unfortunately. You guys should head out to npr for the race.

 

We've made a couple trips up through St. Francisville but not over into MS yet. I've been thinging about taking a trip up to Jackson and hopping onto the Natchez Trace and come back down that way.

 

i think i am gonna go to npr with some buddies but i heard there might be rain so if it rains i will try to make it to the meet
