Little Rock and surrounding areas
What's up guys! Just wanted to introduce myself to the SC chapter. I've been in this area for years, just moving from Texas to Arkansas a few months ago... I'm a proud member of Team SunWorks and I've been modding cars since I was a kid. I've got a few different cars including my 01 AP1, 06 AP2 and my newly acquired 04 PPW 350Z... I've got pics of my 2 s2000s, but my Z is currently taken apart due to some minor damage to the front bumper from the previous owner and me doing all the 100k mile maintenance and a few extra mods. I picked up another OEM bumper and a Nismo lip that should be out of paint within the week! Here are some pics of the S2000s....

Steve-o! Post pics of wheels on your car when you get them mounted.
I'm so glad that youre going, now Ill at least know one person in the event. Send me a txt bro.

My brother joe will be going with me.

Thanks buddy... Yeah the NSX in the first pic (left of my car) belongs to a friend of mine. It just made the front cover of Modified mag this month. Here's my steering wheel setup in the AP1. Let me know if you need any help with the Z. Does it come with an SRS Resistor? If not Works Bell sells them separately!

Heres the DIY that Ive been studying:
https://my350z.com/forum/body-interi...stall-diy.html
^^^unfortunately my kit doesnt come w/a resistor but Ill probably end up picking one up. I still need to go to sears and pick up torx bits plus my steering wheel is still on its way. I think I can pull it off on my own, but I appreciate the offer.
I was very hesistant to go through w/the setup but I figured I have no use for cruise control, audio, etc since I just drive my car in town, bout a mile a day lol
Do you have your hondas here in Arkansas? You should come out to one of our meets sometime.

One is at my parents house in Texarkana, Texas and the other is in El Dorado, AR with me. Not enough garage space!
I'll definitely come out sometime. I'll be in Little Rock this weekend as my girlfriend is getting her masters at UALR this year... So I'm always in Little Rock! You Little Rock guys may know a few of my team members. Luke (Single Turbo SC300) and James (EG Coupe & Hatch). Our chapter is spread out from here to Fort Smith... I recommend you order the Works Bell Resistor because of the ease of installment. Without it your SRS Light will stay on... Good luck! Any hint as to what wheel you went with and what model nrg quick relase you bought?

sofa, is that suede on your dash??? Ballah, the chett looks prestigious son!!! Do you have any other pics of your 240sx?
I have a friend here in Clarksville that recently bought a 99 corvette w/a procharger. Im not sure what model/trim it is, dont really hang out w/the guy, guess I dont know him that well?
I usually roll to the LR area, these guys are pretty chill and love their Z's. It would be nice to know more car enthusiasts, whether it be performance or simply love for cars. I admire it all, and definitely give credit where its due.
As for hints, I went w/a momo steering wheel. Cruise control can be relocated but I think ill be fine w/out. Its not: deep dish, drift, suede... On to the NRG components, I got a short hub and one of the newer version quick release...
I gave my word that I would post a very detailed thread about the products/service, so I can't say more...
Works bell airbag resistor you say? Im googling it right meow

the dash was 'flocked'. Think joe pesci's face in home alone. sanded down the dash, rolled on some adhesive & sprinkled on some felt stuff. i miss boost!

There is a cruise Saturday. Some Subaru guys have their little "Flat 4" club or something and do these cruises with who ever comes.
I kept up with them in the turns on stock suspension and bald tires, IMO they aren't great drivers so everyone should be able to hang. There is a built Evo that's pretty nasty though.. Everyone is pretty chill so if you're interested all you off base people will meet up at academy sports at 1. Base people on base across from the lemon lot at noon.
Probably make our way to Centerville for the import shootout, then back for the Little Rock Rice meet!

Love the flock man! A friend of mine had it in his hatch. Great idea!
I'm in Little Rock this weekend, but I won't be out at Centerville. Look for a matte black SC300 and a white eg hatch. My friends Luke and James will be racing in the modified and street classes.
