Little Rock and surrounding areas
get a marathon water heater, they are awesome.....I think you can get them from an electrical co-op
yea, I'm sure it will look good sitting on the new(cough cough) countertop.........hahaha
Sweet so i take it you have several guns correct? I'm guessing a 1911 was in your 3 gun arsenal? more info please
curious on the guns you shot, etc. and i've heard they hold some big events here in the state? so you prolly know that also. I would enjoy going to see one, I would love to go through some classes(self defense, home defense, combat, etc) or some 3 gun stuff.

I shot 'open' class, which means basically anything goes.
My guns were: pistol - Caspian widebody in 9x21 and a STI in 38 super, with 5" barrels, compensators and C-More red dots, lots of custom work done, by me and others, including triggers between 1.5-2lb; shotgun: remington 1100 with 26" goose barrel cut back to 24" (removed the choke) and a 19-round extended tube (yeah it was ****in heavy), speedloaders, and a brass bead sight; AR-15 with a 20" hbar, flat top, 40mm red dot, floated aluminum handguard and A2-style stock.
IDPA is really big here, especially out at CASA. That range has held nationals several times, most recently in 2007 I believe. Will probably hold it again. The Arkansas sectional match will be there at the end of March (or is it May?), but it conflicts with an autocross so I won't be able to go.
pics of the other half..
just trying to help
hey, ummm been meaning to ask you, do you know who did your windows? and what brand are they? I thought they did a nice job and the quality looked pretty good.

Steve- Water heater is Gas and yes will get one from lowes/home depot probably unless i get a hookup elsewhere. I will hook it up myself/or i have a master plumber friend or my father that i can put to work LOL.
Nelson - Yeah i know what a 3 gun is
was just wondering what 3 guns your were shooting, thanks for telling. Just curious as to why the super 38 though? and why not a 9mm since it wasnt a heavy metal 3 gun. way more mag capacity, etc.? just curious. I didnt realize the trigger pull was that light, jeebus! 4--5 are good for me.
Brad- have fun and good luck, glad we got to hang out before you left

Yeah it's snowing down in the Hot Springs! Fun times!
So guys I need some advice. I've been saving my pennies and want to do something with the money. What you think I should get? Here are some options....
Rims: Enkei RPF1's
LSD: Quaife or Cusco
Shocks/Springs or Coilovers: Konis w/springs maybe, Stance/BC Racing
Brakes: Stoptech Stage 2 Upgrade
Or.... pay on my credit card to where there is nothing left. I particularly don't prefer the last option but....

I would pay a big porting to credit card
but not all of it, and buy you a few on the list?
Zach coilovers suck for a DD they are noisey, harsh, etc. on a track car yes! but just for the adjustability. As far as brands? I dunno cause ive hated every coilover ive ever owned. Ask the Nola crew or MS crew they are almost local LOL and they all seem to be running coilovers.
Rims= again IMO a too light of wheel sux when DD because they will bend if you hit a pot hole, etc. we arent known for the best roads. Double that chance w/coilovers because more then likely you'd have it slamed and agressive on compression/rebound, Again DD? Track
Since you DD your car and are wanting to track it also i would get a Diff as first priority, Again i would want something street/daily friendly that i can also beat the **** out of. reason i like Quaife and Giken, low noise, durable, low maintenance, and they well PERFORM. I would look at maybe just some different tires.?
Put you some swaybars on there.
Your oem brakes are fine for what you want, we can change the fluid in them but you will not see a diff w/the stoptech kit mentioned above i promise. well maybe a little firmer pedal feel and that would just be from the ss lines. I would save your money for a clutch upgrade before the brakes.
You can get the hotchkis kit for fairly cheap, it wont give you the ulitmate slammed look, or the best track perfomance but all around a great bargain, and you can always sell it if you later wanted to upgrade. They always sell on here!!!!! you could do the hotchkis kit and tires for less then coilovers alone would cost. throw some wheel spacers on there to help widen the stance and improve the looks, again they have great resell value also.

IMO I think the lsd would make the biggest improvment in your car right now. But once you do somthing big like that you will have to learn the car all over again, but if you have a good base to go off of the trasition should be natural
+1 on the spacers. It made a big differenct on brads car. Then the rest can go to the credit card, hookers, guns, and booze

so it is OFFICAL?
