In order to take advantage of the cooler weather and also the fact that it is getting darker so early we are going to have a Miami Z cruiZe instead of the Friday night meet for January.

Details will be coming as Galo is working out a nice route for the cruiZe and a destination for a bite and some great shots. We will probably meet at Tropical Park and go from there, so stay tuned and set the day aside.

We will be meeting at Tropical Park in the parking lot facing Bird road, just east of the Hess station (bird road & 82 ave) at 12:00 noon. We will depart at around 12:30 P.M. on our cruize towards Key Biscayne, where we will have lunch at Sundays on the Bay.

The meeting spot at Tropical is just west of the Palmetto on Bird Rd or SW 40th Street.

Get off the Palmetto or 826 go west and it is on the left hand side (south side), you should be able to see the cars from the road. You can either enter the park at the light and follow the road to the right or pass the area and make a u-turn and come back.

Glad you enjoyed it, for those that haven't seen the pics here are some. I was a little afraid when we got to tropical park and it started to drizzle but it turned out to be a beautiful day, nice turnout. Good to see some regular faces and also some new ones added to the crowd.
