Yes, there is a 19 year old guy 300ZX owner, a 350Z guy that is probably early twenties, a young girl with a 300ZX that is probably also early twenties, that is from the ones I met last month when we got together with about 20 Z's. The rest are evenly spread out between late twenties, 30's and 40's. I myself am 38 but my wife says I act like a 19 year old if that helps.

We have only been around 2 months but at the second meet last month we had 19 Z's of which 2 were 280Z's, 12 300ZX's and 5 350Z's.

In addition to those there are 4 other 350Z's I have signed up since then. I believe total we have around 40-50 members to date and growing, since we put up the site this weekend we have had about 5-10 member applications or inquiries. There really isn't much of a club going on in the area so that is why we started it, there are a lot of things planned for next year such as days at tracks, get togethers with other Z clubs in Florida and overnight trips.

So there will be stuff for everyone depending on your interests, if you just want social we will have meets and drives if you want to really test your car we will have track days, autox, dyno days and more, it will be fun. The president is a Nissan Master Tech and is in the process of getting Nismo setup at Palm Nissan so when Nismo starts coming next year we will be ready.

Come and join, it doesn't cost anything right now, dues will probably start next year but I am guessing around 30 bucks a year.

The plan is to have one event and one meeting per month. The meeting is just that a meeting of the club to discuss things but it is at a restaurant so we do eat. As for the event it will differ, like last month it was a cruise up to Jensen Beach, we met at a mall and drove in a caravan showing off the Z's to, you guessed it, a restaurant where we ate. But other events as I mentioned will be car oriented such as a day at Sebring or maybe an autox at Moroso, so you choose what you want to do.

It is a lot of fun you have some guys that have a lot of history with the Z's like owning many of the models and also like myself who just biught their first Z ever but loved them for years.

Thanks, well ther is really no way to go wrong on this since you are grounding as long as you do not connect to a power source you are OK. The instructions that cam with the kit tell you general locations so I took those and the pictures in the gallery section of the forum of Tako's Nismo kit installation and arranged it using both, the kit I bought comes with different number of cables and lengths so you adjust.

If you want I think skidazzle (sp?) sells the kits made to the same lengths as the Nismo.

Like I said you can't go wrong.

If you buy the generic kit you will need the bolts so they fit in the holes correctly, I went to Ace Harware and bought 4 or 5 bolts, they were M6 hex head bolts 14 or 16 mm long will do.
