Default Learning to drive this car...

The fastest, bestest car that I've ever had (preaching to the choir), my 2005ZR is the most capable ride that I've ever had. This car is obviously better than my previous rides (and my skills) by a lot and I woud like to find its limits without creasing the beautiful body lines or getting traffic tickets.

Any suggestions for my Florida location? Clubs, schools, tracks...?

If you want to learn your car and fine tune your driving skills, I'd try autocross(Solo). It's the least expensive, no risk way to have fun with your car.....legally :-).

The 2005 season is really over but things will start again in January. Go to www:buccaneerregion.org/solo.html (Buccaneer Region SCCA) or www:cfrsolo2.com (Central Florida Region SCCA) for schedules. CFR's schedule is already up and Buccaneer's should be up shortly. Have fun!

well nothing is "no risk" auto-x is just low risk because lower speed single car. But remember that vid of that Corvette running off and hitting people, so I would have to say anytime your driving it is never "no risk"

Everything is relative. Autoxing has the lowest "risk" of any motorsport activity. To the car, to the driver, and to others. Sorry you have taken the "no risk" statement so literally :-).
