Tampa Area Members
Hello All
I figured I'd start a thread for members in Tampa and the surrounding areas.
If anyone knows of an event or is just going somewhere to hang out please post about it here.
On April 14th Rich and I are going to the Gainesville Raceway for the road course test and tune. If anyone would like to join us please post. here's a link with the info.....

New Format for 2007!
One session: from 10 am to 4 pm and the cost is $40.00 for Car & Driver. All drivers must be entered, one car & driver per entry.
Crew and Spectators are $5.00 each
The driving and vehicle dynamics test track is a road course facility designed and built specifically with a mix of different types of curves, corners, intersections, and straight-aways.
All Drivers Must Have a Helmet and Pass a Basic Tech Inspection.
Racecars must meet SCCA standards.
Course times are not provided. Please bring a friend and a stopwatch if you want your own times.

this is a new thread for all the ex 350z club of florida members that were tired of all the bs going on in that club. no drama here! i have to work april 14th but i trying to switch days so i can attend sound like a blast. hey mike i sent you a pm...

i tired calling and emailing them on the specifics of the event. And got nothing back. Im trying to find out if there gonna let us lap the road course or just pine cone for a car and driver setup. If im gonna travel to gainsville i wanna test out there course not there pine cones ya know. Im def in but some more clarity to as what this even is would be helpfull other then test and tune. I mean thats preety general. They normally do test tune days at pocono with nasa or teams that prepay the event but open dates are like none existant or they will let you run the course cautioned . If they will let us lap the course . I would be down there faster then they could open the track for that day lol.

It was a very short conversation because I was on my way out the door......if anyone wants to try to get more info the # is 352-377-0046
