If you use a fabric softener sheet with a spray bottle of water you can wash the dried ones off pretty easy without "F"ing the paint. dont know but I assume that a light mix of liquid fabric softener with water would work as well. DONT let the solution dry on the car, wash with clear water after.

I don't see any over here... And when i drive on the highway my car doens't get splattered in bugs either!
