So what happened?

 

Unfortunately, I am not going to be able to make it tomorrow. I got called back for a 3rd interview for a great job that was supposed to be on Friday, but the guy that I am interviewing with has to move it up cause he's leaving to go out of town thursday night.
Please help me. If you know anyone who is willing to take my place I will sell my spot, just make me an offer. Either PM me here or on g35frenzy.com

Anyone got a portable car CD player or Walkman (walkman - lol)? Basically I need the plug that goes into the cigarette lighter to power the camera. I went to Fry's, the guy assured me it was the right one, I get home... plug doesn't fit into the camera. Trusting the sales guy FTL. Might try to hit Walmart in the AM or on the way to the track but thats a major PITA.

 

Are you just looking to power the camcorder? If so I have an AC-DC power inverter that you can borrow

Hey guys its jarred... It is going to be raining ALLL DAY tomorrow if you are uncomfertable with running in the rain your best bet is to just stay at home. Also remember you have to have you windows down to run on the track per the rules of the owner. But i assure you you guys will be ok in the rain if you have stree tires for the car. Come on guys dont sissy out it will be lots more fun just remember everything is slower... Plus its a learning experence this means it will be even more leaning for all of us.

 

Yes sir. That might do the trick. Assuming of course I can keep it from getting wet with the rain and windows down...

Jarred, we saw your helmet, but figured you'd be back at TGPR before you see any of us again. We let the owner know and I think he put it away for you.

 

I had a great that man. I was hoping it didn't rain but I at least I got 3 runs. We should do this every 3 or 4 months.

 

Thanks guys ill get a hold of him sometime next week sense i know its almost impossible to get a hold of them ever. Good times though next time everyone should run in the rain atleast once its a trip.

 

Yeah, great times for sure. I hope it rains all day next time - rain was so much more fun. You don't go quite as fast but you learn to be smmoootthhhh with everything. Much better learning experience.

As for pics/vids - I've got an FTP site setup we can upload everything too and some webspace to post everything at. PM me if you want to share anything you took and I'll PM you the password to upload everything then copy it over to the webspace once you tell me everything is up. The vid's I took turned out ok and will pull them off the camera tomorrow or Sunday sometime.
