Only one car fell down for the count, Mike's Corvette died in his first session

 

Did he wipe out or just something broke?

 

Something broke relating to his recent supercharger install. Hopefully he'll come by and update to the status of the vette

Just an update for y'all on Mike's Corvette:

 

First batch of pics and vids up. I need to get a DV cable to get the vids off the camera I was using which is gonna take a day or two. Maybe tomorrow if I can find some time.

If anyone else has pics or vids they want to upload PM me and I'll shoot you the password.

 

Yep - they're up. The vid you posted "onelap.wmv" - you were taking a nice line. Very similar to the one I was taking.

Mike - sorry about the corvette... that's shitty.

What kind of camera did you use? I can't seem to find the cable for our Sony and still have not gotten video from the October track day off of it lol.

 

It just says "DV Cable" in the manual. I called the friend of mine who I borrowed the camera from and he's like "what cable?" lol. So I'll make a trip to Best buy tomorrow and pick one up. I'll let you borrow it if you can't find yours assuming its the same type.

I watched the portion of the vid your dad shot when I was following you in the rain - it's amazing the amount of water you're tossing out the back, you can barely see the car in some shots.

Thx for pics man. It was fun too bad I was out of gas so early. It was pretty fun when it got wet but lil scary. Keith was a beast out there, I tried to keep up w/ him but couldn't. BTW Jarred thx for the pointers.

 

I got 3 of them transcoded and up. I had to encode them into Xvid to keep the size down, codec is linked on the page incase anyone doesn't have it.

I had a blast guys we should def do this more often I learned alot. Mike maybe this time we can actually see what your vette can do it was a monster while it was running.
