Car inspection question...For those in the area who needs emisions!?

I'm in Huntersville, NC...we of coarse need emision check.
i have greddy twins. with the greddy blue (not for long) just purchased the utec.
Anyway.
Who has greddy TT, and has no problem passing emissions for state inspection? It's been ONE year since i have been inspected b/c i keep failing, i am hoping it is the greddy emanage blue that is wacking out my cars Computer. if anyone could give some advice, or soemthing, i already was charged the 250$ overdue inspection fee. Wtf.
Next i get one more notice, then i get my license plate taken.

let me make sure I unerstand... you put on after market exhaust and now you fail emissions? In atlanta we register our acrs out inthe sticks to avoid this issue. You will most likely have to pay for approval under the table (in ATL its $200.00) or register your car at a friends/family house where they do not require emissions.

we put on after market greddy Twin turbo's, after market exhaust, down pipes. but TOOK OFF the down pipes and put the stock cats back on with the stock o2 sensors. And the chek engine light keeps comming on witch is not letting the computer read the 02 sensors so everytime i try and get it inspected it is saying the 02 sensors are NOT READY. is this a little clearer?
once i get it inspected and it actaully passes, i'm going to put the downpipes back on it, but right now i have the stock cats on it. hmmmm

it's illegal here to get your car registered somewhere else and have your license different from your drivers liscense (spelling) so i am told, b/c i was just going to register it in FL where my mother lives. they do not have emisions or any inspection i guess. but witha NC driver license i think it will not be good.

there is also the reset time you may need to go on a road trip.. if you added then unadded parts your computer may need to re-evelauate and reset itsself... to do that you have to drive through the certain time frame (it is known). Some people go on a small 100 mile road trip unplug the battery then try again. (for all the readers that know what I am talking about and know the proper wording is n ot being used... I apologize for sounding like a 3rd grader) If you are having that much of an issue I would can the whole modded dailey driver thing.. IMO

it's not a daily driver. 
just want it to be inspected so i do not get charged another 250$ fine, and possibly get my license plate taken away. then it won't be any kind of driver. it will be a garaged car peice. haha

I just got mine done today. I have a friend that is an inspector and he passes all my turbo friends as long as there is no CEL light. There is no way to pass it if there is one on. You can't just reset it as well since it will need to be driven 50 miles after it's been reseted. Some of my friends tried that.
also, you will only be charged 250 dollars if it wasn't renewed 121 days after your due date. So you had 4 months to take care of it after it is "suppose to be due". Thats a lot of time.
Change to the UTEC, get Cipher, clear the CEL, drive under 3k rpms for 50 miles, go get passed. Repeat next year. I passed with TT and test pipes, so it can be done as long as no CEL is thrown while its hooked up to the state inspection machine.

I was in the military, i was honorably discharged from the MArines. or i would. haha
