hey i was looking to put in some new gears in my rear to get a better time, does anyone know which gears would be the best and where to find them

 

depends on what you want to do

drag? autocross? drift? and do you care about gas millage? have a turbo or plan on getting one?

 

i would like to get a better jump off the line and i dont want my gas mileage to drop alot... But i plan on getting a turbo in the future but not yet

 

no point in changing to shorter gears if youre gonna boost it. if you want a better jump off the line (Z's arent designd for drag racing :P) then get some slicks stud. if you go with a 3.917 or 4.083 and you turbo it 1st gear will be useless and 2nd will be touchy.

 

well i havent got a turbo yet and if i like the outcome of the gears then i prolly wouldnt but all i want is a stronger pull something to lay u back in the seat a little more and i thinking that new bigger gears would do that
