Hey guys,

Just wanted to apologize to all the local people who might have felt like they are getting blown off from Performance Factory due to the fact that we are too busy. We love each and every customer and hate to ever make anyone feel like that. We have A LOT of bills and A LOT of overhead and are just trying to survive. We are expanding here soon and bringing in some very professional business help to handle everything. This is a much needed step to making everyone happy ALL the time. I know people are saying that if you arent doing a 10,000-35,000 dollar build, we dont care, but thats not the truth at all.

I, being the owner, have soooo much to do every day, i work 15-18 hours, 7 days a week and it seems like its still not enough. Please dont be mad if you think some of the small stuff isnt important, like exhausts, intakes, blow off valves ect. This is definitely the hardest thing i have had to do in my whole life. We have gone from absolutely nothing to busy beyond our control in such a couple years time. We have some big things happening that will make everyone happy here in the next 60 days. Our goal is to make 100% of the people happy 100% of the time. We have SOO many great and loyal customers, i hate to hear anyone complaining about us being too busy to handle smaller stuff....

Good to hear this Jeremy. I won a free dyno donated by PF a while ago (Stephen's Car Show) and would like to redeem that voucher. When you installed my plenum spacer we were going to do the before and after but the dyno was not working at the time. My car is at the body shop right now (should pick it up today) and I'm curious how much "power" my Z has. I'll give you a call next week to make an appointment at your best convenience.

I can speak for jeremy and his shop. Made a trip from nashville (N2O install)..not only was my car ready a day early, but I was updated every so often with the progress, not to mention getting a free ride to a hotel.
Shop was very cool to work with, plus they know what the **** they are doing. The only bad thing about trip was the 3 tickets driving back. GD georgia 5.0's!!
