If anything, if the paypal purchase was done through your visa or mastercard, they will retract the payment and do the investigation themselves. I wouldn't hassle with Paypal because they've changed their policy in regards to non-ebay purchases. Just contact Mastercard or Visa directly, and you'll see results in a couple of weeks.

Yes I purhcased by credit card but I want to take care of this without having to go that route.

I think this individual is not trying to scam me but I am however sick of the waiting and the lack of results.

I just want this taken care of in a timely manner.

apparently it looks like a scam to me since she seems to delay in any contact with you after getting the cash AND the oem sway !

I have already requested that she send me back my sways and return my money. She keeps promising (as she's done countless times) that she will have the nismo sways sent to me but at this point I'm through with the whole deal and just want to walk away from this.

My credit card company has been contacted.

She has not yet returned my calls and thinks that even at this point dealing over e-mail is sufficient. That is fine.

I told her that I want a refund and my OEM sways back but she insisted that she would mail me the nismos.

I'm tired of the wait and want my $$$ back at this point. It's too late to fix this by sending me the nismos.

 

Update: I still haven't received any tracking number for my OEM sways and because it has been so difficult to get a hold of her I went ahead and did a charge back on my credit card at this point.

Again, I'm sure she's not scamming me or anything it's just becoming such a long and agonizing process that I simply want my money and my OEM sways back.

Her lack of communication and insistence of only e-mailing me as opposed to calling me on the phone adds onto all these difficulties we've been having. When I do business with someone I like to speak with them over the phone so things are not lost in tone or diction and if they are then they can be explained immediately.

So much can be solved in a simple phone call as opposed to days worth of e-mails.

As far as the status goes my credit card company has credited me the amount and I have still yet to hear from her about my OEM sways and when they will be shipped to me.
