Angry ZLadie2000 RETURN MY CALLS

https://my350z.com/forum/suspension/...sway-bars.html

I'm done with these run arounds. Enough is enough.

I paid you on 7/12/2008. The agreement fron the beginning was that you were supposed to send me your nismo sways for $200 and I would in return take them, replace them with mine, and send you back OEM sways.

Even without receiving your Nismo sways I went ahead and had a set of OEM sways sent to your home and they were received by you almost 2 weeks ago now.

You gave me a number to reach you and yet of the 6 or 7 times I've tried to call you to get updates in the past 5 weeks you've NOT ONCE called me back. To reach you by e-mail is a 3-6 day wait usually. This is absolutely ridiculous and has become more than frustrating.

I'm sick and tired of the unprofessional behavior. I need you to mail me back the sway bars I sent you at your own expense and return the $200 to my paypal account including all the paypal fees. I have already escalated my dispute on paypal to a claim.

You refuse to take me seriously and have brought this upon yourself. Call me at the cell phone number I've left with you several times in the past if you want to handle this issue.

btw, you can't just close the thread on the sale and make this go away.

Even if you think it's not worth it for the amount, if you have the tracking number to that person's address, you can file a "smalls claim" in court, not only is it free, but the person will have to drive/fly down to your town and appear in court, or send there lawyer to avoid receiving a warrant for not showing up in court.

It's great, I'm in NY and did that to someone in California, he had to fly to NY and appear in court for stiffing me with a 50$ payment I had sent him. Just go to your local court building, you know exactly where that is if you have got pink tickets for driving crazy, lol, I have!

Thanking me won't fix your issue, so like Nike, just do it!

Paypal will not uphold the dispute since it was not an authorized Ebay transaction. He will get to keep your $200 on Paypal.

And I highly doubt anyone will fly to NY from California for a $50 dispute. Worst case scenario is the court would rule in favor of the person who filed if the defendant did not show up. Placing a $50 judgement on his credit report.

It's sad that people do this. They think they can screw others over, oh well.

+999, take him/her/it to Small Claims Court. Some legal motivation never fails.

Show up on her door step with a shotgun and blast her in the face!

Nah j/k. I'd go ahead and file small claims court if I were you. I really hope your problem gets resolved.

Thanks.

Instead of putting this thread in the Classified section, why don't you try the proper section next time? I'm moving it to her regional sub-forum. Good luck, OP.

BTW, I reopened the other thread, so feel free to post there if you wish.

I got an e-mail from her today explaining that the reason it took so long was b/c the mechanic that took off her sways removed frame pieces with it and it took that long to finally get that mechanic to remove those pieces since I already sent her my sways.

I am now requesting that she simply refund my money within 48 hours through the pay pal dispute I have begun and send me back my OEM sways to my home address which I will PM her.

Default e-mail

I sent her this e-mail just now. I hope she responds in a reasonable amount of time:

This could all be solved so quickly with a phone call and I still don't understand why to this time you refuse to discuss this with me once and for all over the telephone.

Regardless I have decided that I can no longer wait and after 5 weeks of this I would like for you to do the following:

Return my $200 through the paypal dispute claim I have started. This will allow you not to get charged any paypal fees and me neither on sending the money back.

Return my sway bars at your expense to the following address:
xxxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxxxx

Now I know you could probably return the $200 and run off with the OEM sways and no one would give you grief about it (meaning paypal) but I'm asking you to do the right thing here and send them back to me so I can do a trade with someone else later on since I purchased those with my own funds to get them to you quickly so you could be up and going more quickly.

I think I've been quite patient throughout this entire process and after 5 weeks of no tracking number and no phone calls I think it's the right thing to do to send me back my money and my sways. I hope you concur.

I'd rather not go through the hassle and trouble of trying to get this in any other way. I hope that you will understand my situation here and take care of this with haste.

Please give me the courtesy of calling me on the phone to acknowledge this and let me know the timeline of when it will all be completed.
I can be reached at xxx xxx xxx.
