Emissions?
i recently received orders to be stationed in North Carolina. im currently stationed in South Carolina, which doesnt have emission tests.
my questions is if i replace my tp's with HFC's would i be able to pass an emissions test to get my DOD decal for on base registration?
any input is appreciated
