Default Pensacola, FL-Blew head gasket, building top end, need shops/tuners/advice.

Confirmed blown head-gasket, quarts of oil leaking out exhaust (deja vu somehow). I am planning on building the top end of the motor for NA, since it's less expensive (all-be-it more expensive dollar per horsepower) than a built block turbo setup.

Goals: 300+whp (325-350 would be nice, but not overly-enthusiastic), 7000RPM limit (or as high as stock lower end can safely manage), durability/longevity/safety > that extra few horsepower

Currently: bolt-on/stock. JWT pop-charger, 5/16" JWT plenum spacer, Bassani 2 1/4-2 1/2" catback exhaust.

Purchased: HR head gasket, HR head bolts, Ferrea comp 1mm oversized valve train setup.

Found sellers for, and plan on buying: motordyne v1 art pipes.

WTB: NA cams & engine management.

Wanting: to port match heads, I was thinking just a basic port match, not a full race port of the entire runners to save some money (anyone have a price estimate I should look for while shopping around). ~$few hundred?

Need advice on: good NA cams, good headers to match the heads/cams, and should I even bother with changing the intake? I'm not planning on getting a larger throttle body just yet, and the plenum/intake will definitely be a big bottleneck still. Also, which engine management should I go with? I was thinking uprev since it's inexpensive, and decent for NA builds from what I read, but what do you all suggest?

Also if you know any good machine shops/mechanics/tuners in the Pensacola, FL 32514 area - let me know! Going to call JWT tomorrow and get this thing rolling.
