I sympathazie with you becasue of your issue , but the guy told u it was a oil consumption engine so right there you knew what you where getting into. So much respect but 2 wrongs aint gonna make it right. And in your situation with negative equity why didnt you get something even more basic like a damn civic or versa or something that would have more been economical then getting a titan becasue those arnt cheap aswell. What i dont understand is why did u swap it man. Im having oil issues now i refuse to even put test pipes on my car becasue of it. Now though i could fight it with the law because where protected as long as the modified part does not cause the issue. I just feel better attacking the problem head on with what they gave me. In ur situation its not the workmanship of the install that i seen that contributed to the engine messing up it was the damn engine itself. Which was already known to have failure issues with its consumption. Eric all in all man, you allowed this to happen dawgs, much props to you and your choices dude, because u must be strong to deal with such a loss. But were grown *** men man, consequences are given because of the chances and circumstances we put ourselves in nothing else.

I was hopeing you had the issues solved before i did, as im having the same oil issues. Charles will be seeing my ride soon almost done with the 1000mile test and ima check the dipstick today just to take a pic for legal reasons. But hes a stand up guy from what i seen . Never did me wrong. But thats because he may not even know my name just my car lmao. All in all i hope everyone learns there lesson.

Im not even pissed because there are many legalities to get them to replace my engine or fix the issue so im not worried at all. Lawyers in the fam im in good hands.
