Autocross on Roebling Road
The www.buccaneerregion.com of SCCA is hosting its annual Roebling Road autocross. Date is Saturday August 28th, $25.00 for SCCA members $30.00 for non members. Registartion is the day of and will close at 10am.
Start is on the front straight going threw the key hole, then back on the straight, threw turn one and two and finishes before turn three. The course is laid out with cones. This is probably the fastest autocross in the county with speeds reaching over 90mph
in the faster cars. Five runs are the order for the day with a chance of Six highly possible. With Trophys to be handed out as well for top finshers in each class (number of Trophys in each class depends on particiaption in that class).
My only warning: this is not a autocross for novice drivers, you can total a car, this is a race track.

Leh we had 17 nissan/datsun drivers out of 67 entries so we had a nice showing. I ended up fastest, with John in the red Z second, Bill in the sweet blue and white 240z third, and Don was fourth in the spec v. I did give up my prize to the next spot who had left so it went to the sixth person.
Don't sweat the drifting, Ted who heads up the area, said for as long as you'r having fun and not wrecking, knock you'r self out. Glad you had a good time. Thanks for the pics
