Default Good driving routes in Las Vegas?

So.... I'm going to be visiting Vegas in a few days with some buddies of mine, and we were thinking about renting an exotic car.... Anyone got any ideas on cool driving routes? Lotsa free straight open road (with no cops and little traffic) would be great, as would any twisties or any other fun routes to take. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

Oh yeah, if anyone knows what nightclubs (the non-strip club variety) are happening, please let me know that too! Like whats NOT dead on weekdays, what's cool on weekends... etc..

I don't know much about the nightlife but I do know of a good road.

1. Red Rock Canyon Scenic Loop - $5 admission, twisty roads, watch out for slow cars and bicyclists. Also I have seen cops there on occasion, but not often. Take I-215 West, L on Charleston and R into the Scenic Loop.
