I'm still in, but I may bring the ITS 200SX Se-R racecar, (ie. winter beater) rather than the Z. Roll cage + snow tires + FWD + I don't care how dirty it gets = THE car for winter driving!

I'm always up for talking about Z's though!

Congrats on your subscription! Hope to get some feedback from you in the future. In the meantime, it looks like the main roads are relatively clear. It's the side streets that are a problem for the Z.

I'm originally from Minnesota so driving in snow is nothing new to me. Just use higher hears than you normally would. Try to avoid 1st if poss. for example if you usually drive in 2nd at a certain speed, drive in 3rd maybe even 4th. Its not that bad just take your time wherever you go.

Alright I'll remember that. Thanks. Hopefully the snow lets up I'd feel a little more comfortable. But in any case I'm sure we could always have more meets in the future.

Alright it looks like the snow has let up. I'll join anyone up at DnB in a little, I just order a pizza so I'll probably be up there in an hour...

We had a sparse Nissan group today: Juan, Allen and the two Davids (Bottom and Dkmura). Two Subies, seven Evos and an SRT-4 braved the cold and snow as well. We all hung out for about 45-55 minutes chatting and freezing our a$$ off. Interesting seeing what people were into on their cars, one Evo owner even had some parts he makes for their cars. A clear polycarbonate timing belt cover (the better to show off your adjustable cams) and a metal bushing kit for their shifters. Interesting stuff, but nothing that would interest a Z car owner.

Sorry you missed us. After the Evos bailed, the four of us went to sit down for a meal inside and had a great chat. As you could see, once you got out of the 'burgs, the roads were pretty clear. Should have waited on that pizza and joined us!
