I got one out of a 03 6mt lying around. Should be good if you ever want to play around with reflashing etc or you need one for some astronomical reason. $100 bucks obo

Our issues are verbaitum the issues that plauge Z's with UTEC's. From what Nick @ MAC showed me from a log on a road test, There are issues from when it switches from low throttle (stock ECU) to higher throttle (UTEC) Our thoughts are PERHAPS it is a reflashed ECU that somehow maybe the issue, although that wouldn't explain Andrew's problems.
TXS:
"2. More recently we have had several UTECs cause a steep drop off in power in the 4800-6200rpm rev range. These UTECs run the car fine under idle, cruise, and low load driving conditions. The problem does not manifest itself until you are under load or aggressively accelerating the vehicle. This problem should not be confused with massive knock events and/or poor tuning which could cause the same "symptom"of power drop off. There is no way to "tune this problem out".

haha damn hijackers that adds 17% to the price! I'll definitely check the back of the ECU today to see what code it is
I thought I'd chime in as well, I didn't notice any issues with throttle response on my tune, only time it did act up on me was when my fuel system sprung a thousand leaks :P
