Default SW Group only: Misc. Z items for Sale or Trade

For my Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, Utah brosephs, I have a few items from my Z if anyone one wants them. Basically I thought it would be best to see if any of you guys wanted or needed any of these items before I my Z is gone.

’04 Bose Head Unit
For a 2003 Z with the Bose factory head unit only. I changed out the unit for a ’04 Bose so that I could have the Satellite options. So this head unit is up for grabs, but as a trade for the original ’03 head unit only. I changed the face out to match the interior, the ’04 and ’03 have a slightly different center consul grey color. The main purpose would be to use a converter to add RCA inputs for digital, I had my XM and IPOD going through it. This is a local trade only, no cost.

PAC Audio Input Interface - AAI-NIS2
This kind of goes with the above unit, this was the interface device I used to activate the Satellite inputs on the ’04 Bose unit for the two RCA inputs. I’ll charge $20 or best offer.

’03 Grounding Kit Black
This is the homemade kit with 4 or 5 gauge wire. I’ll charge $5, a six pack of beer, or a Chipotle burrito.

S2000 Antenna Mast
$5, a six pack of beer, or a Chipotle burrito.

Shift Boot with Orange Stitching
My Mom stitched thin orange thread on the shift boot to somewhat match the Touring Black leather seats. It’s okay looking, but since my Mom made it you know it’s made with love. Just a trade.

R1 Concepts Slotted and Cross Drilled Rotors (Non Brembo)
I just put these on in June. So they’re still in great shape. Brand new they’re like $140. I’ll need the OEM stock rotors as a replacement. Just as long as their still good, not warped and still within the minimum thickness. I’ll say $60 or best offer with rotor replacement.

Non Brembo Painted Black Brake Calipers
Not too sure why anyone would want these, but I did take them off to paint them. Just a local trade.

Well that’s pretty much it, I really didn’t do too much modding over the years. I just thought that these items could be passed on. The costs are negotiable, I’m more interested in getting rid of them. I ask that all the replacement parts are in good condition.

If required I’ll help with the installations.

If you’re interested, just let me know. Or if there's anything else that someone needs, within reason.
David

Well, hopefully a home. I need the debt to income ratio to come down and also free up some resources for mortgage and possible stuff like water heaters and such. Also hopefully, as soon and house and now wedding stuff settle down I'll be able to get another Z, probably a 2020 Z, but who knows.

Spivey: Yeah, if you want the rotors and calipers, I'll need your rotors and calipers. Just as long as their in good shape. I'm not in a big rush, just let me know what time is good for you and we'll talk later. We can just swap the system out on a weekend day at the same time. Also is the $60 okay? If not, we can talk about that too.

Wedding stuff? Congratulations!!! Sorry to hear you're thinking of selling the Z, but it sounds like it's the right move for you right now.

Gary, Yeah thanks. The Wedding's not till next May, but the house will hopefully be in a few months. Don't worry I'll post when the Bachelor Party is.

Sounds good man. Just let me know when your thinking, cant do it this weekend, but maybe next? You can take a look at what i have. Ive had race brakes on so they have eaten the stock rotors a little but everything was leveled before i put them on so should be plenty of surface and it last i looked was in good shape. You can take a look at them and see if you want to do it or not. If your down im goin to get some new brake pads to throw on when i put the rotors on since these pads have served their time well but need to go.

Yeah, that's cool. Saturdays work best for me. I figure it should take about 1-2 hours per car. Just send me a PM when you're free.

It's yours. I think we live in the same area of town, Lakewood/Green Mountain Area so we can just meet up somewhere.

Just to update this thread, everything is gone except for the grounding kit, shift boot, and painted calipers. I think that I'll just keep the calipers on the car because it may be more trouble than it's worth. So the Grounding Kit and shirt boot swap is still available.

Thanks to everyone who help me bring my car back to stock and find a good home to these parts. Hopefully the next owner won't come on the site and start a Thread 'Anyone know a good place for a Stillen Exhaust Install, Rotor install, how to put inputs in a Bose Head Unit, or where to get a short antenna?'
