Default local stoptech retailers

I'm looking to put a stoptech BBK on my subaru outback. the brakes on that big girl leave something to be desired. unfortunately, the outback isn't a modder's dream, but there are some kits out there. but, there aren't alot of retailers for outback stuff.

anyway, these are the local dealers on their site--have any of you folks had experience with them?

thanks in advance

3zero3 is primarily an Audi and VW shop; I've dealt with them in the past for some work on my wife's Audi and been quite impressed. They're generally well-respected in the local Audi world.

I would stay away from Autosport Werks...too pricy and too much attitude.

I don't know anything about SCR.

Of those shops, I would start with 3zero3 and see if they can help you out, or if they can recommend someone who can.

Are you only wanting to use places in your home state? Or does this have to do with having an actual local dealer install them as well?

indeed, unfortunately priorities prevail. the z's stock brakes are adequate for my use. the subaru's are fine, but i've had to have the rotors machined 2x in 36K miles. I think they're a little small for a big outback that's often carrying 2 dogs and camping or other sports equipment in the mountains. the stoptech kit for the fronts is almost $1900, (rear $2400) so I might just go with a disposable rotors theory--i could change out stock rotors every 12K miles (with new pads) and still never reach the cost of the stoptechs over the life of the car.

anyway, i don't mean to gum up the 350 board with subaru talk.

What color did you want? Drilled or slotted? They make a front kit only.
